MimOSA Medical is a spin-off from ENTrigue Surgical dedicated to the development of intellectual property in the area of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). This technology is being developed in conjunction with a bay area medical device incubator and the company recently conducted a series A round of just over $1.0 million to begin this work under the guidance of its board of directors (including Dr. Don Gonzales, the founding inventor, Richard Emmitt of the Vertical Group and Tony Natale of Prism Ventures).
